The Developer Behind the Team

I'm a Technical Lead & Full Stack Java Developer based in Cochin, Kerala, with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React JS and MySQL.

My focus is building systems for internal operations. These systems increased operational efficiency by 20%, and automating training sessions and the updating of sheets and documentation improved efficiency by a further 30%.

At Kompetenzen Technologies I manage the team and the day-to-day operations of the branch, with strong skills in people management, coordination and mentoring. I grew here from Java full stack intern to Software Engineer to Technical Lead.

Before that I worked at Ecesis Groups, leading web scraping projects in Python and Selenium and helping design and optimize MySQL databases.
